At Deliver Killie, we strive to ensure our customers receive high-quality service and products. However, if you are unsatisfied with your order, please review our refund policy below.
1. Eligibility for Refunds
You may request a refund under the following circumstances:
•Missing Items: If an item you ordered was not delivered.
•Wrong Items: If you received an item different from what was ordered.
•Damaged or Expired Items: If any perishable or non-perishable items arrive damaged, expired, or not fit for consumption.
•Late Delivery: If your order arrives significantly later than the estimated time, making the items unusable (e.g., melted frozen goods).
•Rejected Substitutions: If you receive a substituted item that you do not accept and return it to the driver at the time of delivery.
•Failed Delivery: If the driver cannot reach you and you were available within the estimated delivery time, subject to review.
2. Non-Refundable Items
We do not offer refunds for:
•Items that were correctly delivered and not damaged.
•Perishable goods if not reported within 24 hours.
•Orders where the customer provided incorrect address or contact details.
•Orders that were successfully delivered but were left unattended per customer request.
•Change of mind after an order is processed.
3. How to Request a Refund
If you believe you are eligible for a refund, please follow these steps:

3.Attach Photos of the damaged/incorrect items if applicable.
4.Once verified, we will process the refund within 3-5 business days.
4. Refund Processing
•Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
•If paid via cash, refunds will be processed as store credit or replacement items.
•Refunds may take 3-7 business days depending on your payment provider.
5. Cancellations & Modifications
•Orders can only be cancelled or modified before they are dispatched.
•If your order has been prepared or dispatched, cancellation may not be possible.
