2. Orders
Your Order
Deliver Killie provides a platform to place orders with our partnered convenience store. Your agreement is with Deliver Killie, but the actual delivery is fulfilled by the store.
By ordering via Deliver Killie, you confirm that you understand and agree to these terms.
Your Status
By placing an order, you warrant that:
•You are legally capable of entering into a binding contract.
•You are at least 18 years old.
Allergy Information
If you suffer from any allergies, you agree to always check the product labels before consumption.
Orders Containing Alcohol, Tobacco, or Other Age-Restricted Items
It is an offence for any person under 18 years old to purchase or attempt to purchase alcohol, tobacco, or other restricted products.
We reserve the right to refuse delivery/collection in the following cases:
•You fail to provide valid ID and appear under 25 years old.
•You appear under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
•You are purchasing on behalf of someone under 18.
Delivery & Collection Times
All quoted delivery or collection times are estimates only. We do not guarantee specific times for order fulfillment.
Rejected/Accepted Orders
Once your order is placed, it will be sent to the store for acceptance. The store may reject orders due to:
•Out-of-stock items.
•Unavailable delivery slots.
If your order is rejected, you will receive a notification, and any payment made will be refunded. Most refunds appear within 24 hours, but some banks may take up to 10 days.
Substitutions & Out-of-Stock Items
•Stores may substitute unavailable items with similar alternatives.
•If the substitute is cheaper, you will be refunded the difference.
•If the substitute is more expensive, you will not be charged extra.
•Any substitutions will be noted on your receipt. If you are unhappy with a substitution, you can return it to the driver for a refund.
Changes & Cancellations
Stores are not obligated to accept changes or cancellations after an order is placed. If you need to amend an order, contact us as soon as possible.
3. Pricing & Payments
Price Marked Products & Pricing
•The price you pay is the price listed on the Deliver Killie website/app at the time of ordering.
•Promotional discounts that apply after you place your order will not be applied retrospectively.
Failed Delivery
If a driver attempts delivery within the estimated time and cannot complete the order, they will attempt to contact you at least once. If no contact is made, the store may:
•Refund non-perishable items at their discretion.
•Not refund perishable or temperature-sensitive items.
4. Coupons & Voucher Codes
•Voucher codes apply to the order subtotal or delivery fee (if specified).
•Only one voucher code can be applied per order unless stated otherwise.
•Deliver Killie reserves the right to exclude certain products from discounts.
•Attempting to misuse or circumvent voucher restrictions may result in order rejection.
•Voucher codes may be amended or withdrawn at any time.
5. Competitions
Deliver Killie may run competitions on social media, our website, or mobile apps. By entering a competition, you accept these terms:
•Competitions are open to UK residents aged 18+.
•Employees, their family members, or affiliated stores cannot enter.
•Some competitions may be restricted to specific locations.
•If a competition entry requires payment, a free alternative will be available upon request.
•Prizes may be shipped from suppliers. If unavailable, we will offer an alternative prize of equal value.
•Unclaimed prizes may be redistributed in future competitions.
6. Service Charge
•A small service charge applies to each order.
•This fee is non-refundable, except when an entire order is cancelled.
7. Liability
•Deliver Killie is not liable for indirect losses, including loss of profit, sales, goodwill, or business revenue.
•Our maximum liability is the value of your order.
8. Killie Rewards – Customer Terms & Conditions
Deliver Killie offers Killie Rewards, a loyalty programme that rewards customers based on their spending.
Eligibility
•Open to all registered customers shopping at a participating store.
•You must be 18+ and the named party on the payment method.
Earning Rewards
•Rewards are based on your monthly spend at a specific store.
•The period runs from 12:00 AM on the 1st day to 11:59 PM on the last day of each month.
•Delivery fees, discounts, and promotions do not count toward your spend.
•Tobacco, alcohol, and baby formula purchases may not qualify.
Reward Tiers & Redemption
•Rewards are issued in tier-based coupon codes for your next order.
•Coupons are single-use, non-transferable, and expire 28 days after issue.
•Coupons cannot be used at other store locations or combined with other promotions.
•Coupons have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for money.
Programme Reset
•Killie Rewards resets each calendar month. Unused spend does not carry over.
Changes to the Programme
•Deliver Killie reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate Killie Rewards at any time.
Privacy & Data Collection
•Participation in Killie Rewards is subject to our Privacy Policy.
•By joining, you agree to how we collect and use your data.
Liability & Disclaimers
•Rewards are subject to availability.
•Deliver Killie is not liable for any loss of coupon codes or failure to meet reward tiers.
